About:Useful Telephone Numbers in China

Hello, I bought a unit at the Chinese prodavtsa.On got the money and stopped to answer me.

if I can appeal to the Chinese police and by what a email?

Alex, if you wired your money to the seller, then I am afraid that you have very little chance to get your money back. If you paid via Paypal or any other third party, you might try to ask them to cancel the deal and get back your money. If you used your credit card to pay, contact your bank to freeze the transfer. It's useless to appeal to the police.

I make payment via western union and it can't be cancel, but it first time for the 10 years of my experience with the chinese sellers. I think it because of strong police methods with scammers and maybe I want send the emails to the police to prevent of the seller activity in future..

Alex, unfortunately most Chinese police don't speak English. So it's inconvenient to talk to them via phone or email. One of my friends had the same experience like you. He sent emails and made several calls but received no response.
