Long distance bus from pudong airport to wuxi

Will the long distance bus stopped for toilet break during the whole journey

Usually there is some service center along highway, the bus may stop there for s few minutes for a rest and you can also find a restroom there. Also i heard that some bus even have toilet available but should be for longer distance trip.
