i want to go to Panmen, tiger hill, tongli . Any cab to take 4 adults and a baby ? Or should I book a private car?

Well, generally speaking, one taxi can hold you all. For your convenience, you are suggested to hire a private mini van. The driver can wait for you when you touring around the scenic areas.  :-)
