At the arrival level, you may find a round counter. Walk left of the counter and you may find a cafe, near which you may walk downstairs. Then you can find the terminal of bus no. S1. This is the way in 2013. Hope it is the same now. And the guiding signs in HKIA are pretty clear. Don't worry!
