Hi, I planned to move in to my new house by Dec 2015. December 2, 4, 12, 27 and 31 are good dates. As for house colors, I think you may just follow the general rules. Usually, light colors are used, especially in your bathroom and kitchen. Light colors will make your house more brighter.
