I would like to see the plum flower in Taiwan, pls advise when and where is suitable?

I'm coming alone from Hong Kong, the location should be safe.

Hi, the most famous sites for enjoying plum flowers are Shilin Official Residence in Taipei, Meishan Park in Jiayi County, and Wuling Farm in Taichung. They are all safe enough. And the best timing for appreciation is during Dec. to early Feb.
