The major contributions and improvements Zhou made were in the fields of art and culture. There were representatives of paintings, carvings and calligraphy. Beside, bronze statues, jade, and lacquer masterpieces gained highly praise. But they had no famous canals, or roads, although they had started to use the natural waterway to dig some simple canals then.
