Is the ticket of Mt. Jiuhua multientry?

Here is the case:
It is regulated that the entrance ticket is only valid on the issue day. If you wanna enter again on the next day, do register when leaving the scenic area on the first day, presenting your ticket and passport. Then you will be allowed to enter for the second time.

Yes, accommodation is accessible in the scenic area. On the Jiuhua Street inside, you can easily find a hostel or hotel to check in.

I stayed in the Julong Hotel, which is at no. 2, Huacheng Road in the scenic area. It has great condition, but is a little expensive.
