Itinerary including Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, White Water River, and Tiger Leaping Gorge?

Hello!
Could you suggest an itinerary that includes these three sites? I was thinking of doing the trip in 3-4 days. Is there transportation available between the River and Tiger Leaping Gorge? Thank you!

The river is inside the Snow Mountain. To visit the spot, you have to enter the mountain. Then your plan can be Jade Dragon Snow Mountain+ the River - Tiger Leaping Gorge.

No direct public transportation is available. You should go back from the snow mountain to Lijiang and then catch a bus to Hutiaoxia Town (Qiaotou). Afterwards, hire a car to the gorge for sightseeing and hiking.
