About:Marriage Registration in China

My girlfriend is recently pregnant in China. Can I bring her to the US to have the Baby ?

Recently I visited PRC and now my girlfriend is pregnant. We agree to get married but I want to bring her to the US ASAP for the prenatal check ups and the birth of the child.
What can I expect concerning complications?
Also my age is twice hers :-). We have discussed this issue at length and both understand this issue. Will this be an issue with either government?

Thanks
Paul

Hello, Paul! It is hard for you to bring her to the US to have the baby. As you are not married at present, she may need to apply for a tourist entry permit to US. If she applies for B2, it is unlikely to be passed because she is pregnant. If you get married now and apply for immigration visa, a series of procedures will be needed and it takes a long time to get the approval. At that time, she may have already given birth to the baby. And because of your age difference, the immigration application may be refused, too. In fact, the baby can have US nationality even though he is born in PRC.
