I have important meeting in China on 3rd Dec.Would you suggest that I walk in in delhi embassy?

how can I take an appointment for a 2 day visa issuance?

Prachi, you shouldn't go to the embassy directly. Instead, you should apply from the CVASC center that has jurisdiction over your city. And you needn't make an appointment in advance. You can just bring all required documents and submit to the CVASC center on your own. I suggest you apply as early as you can.
