from the city area about 70kms /1:30 drive to the entrance/ticket office of the lake, you will buy your ticket from there and take a shuttle bus to the lake , its another 30kms / an hour drive.
Pls contact with local private driver and tour guide who is based in Umq, he will take you up there . if yu would you like go to other area / city also he can take you , he can do both of your guide and driver .
