Hello, so we have purchased 2 luxury soft sleeper tickets on train #Z20. The ticket says 09车12号upper bunk and 09车11号lower bunk. The 11 and 12 on each ticket makes me think we are in a upper and lower bunk but separet rooms. Is this true? If so, any thoughts on how to change?
