Yes, you can. But I am afraid that you need to change the location of your resident permit. First, you should go to local PSB in Beijing and get your temporary accommodation registration form. Then you apply from Tianjin Entry and Exit Management Bureau to approve that you transfer to Beijing in 10 days. Finally you go to Beijing Entry and Exit Management Bureau to accept your transfer.
