Filipinos with valid Filipino passports can stay there for 30 days without applying entry permit in advance. According to what I know, you need to get the permission from your government to bring your kids out of Philippines. In order to get there, you'd better book your accommodation and return flight in advance. PS: you'd better bring at least MOP 5000 in cash in case the immigration officers ask you to show the money.
