Is it a good idea to travel there during this holiday?

Considering climate, it is a good time to travel there and it's the peak travel season to this beach city. But I am afraid that there would be a sea of travellers for it is one of the only two long holidays in China, and the price for accomodation, dining, and flights will be much higher than usual.
