About:Marriage Registration in China

My gf in china is pregnant and i need to get married

she's giving birth soon but i'm married in my own country. She knew that i'm married but can you advise me what should i do so that we can register married here for my child to have a birth certificate without proving my single certificate. I'm so lost now.

Without your single certificate, you are unable to register your marriage successfully in China. It is a must for registering your marriage legally.

Duh ... don't overlook the obvious.

Step 1. Divorce your first wife (if that is what you want).

If that is not what you want than you can skip Step 1 and move right to step fubar. Of course you can always keep things how they are and that solves your problem Just but don't be an idiot and be married to two women simultaneously which is what it sounds like you want to do.
