Is there anyway I can confirm the time does apply the 72hrs visa free transit?

I'm trying to book a 72 hours free tour. I received a response from Hans from Singapore on Nov 4, 2015 at 21:54 the dates I listed qualify for the 72hrs visa but the agency keeps telling me that it doesn't qualify because it's consider 4days/3nights.
