is there anyway i can confirm the time does apply the 72hrs visa free transit?

I'm trying to book a 72 hours free tour.  I received a response from Hans from Singapore on Nov 4, 2015 at 21:54 the dates I listed qualify for the 72hrs visa but the agency keeps telling me that it doesn't qualify because it's consider 4days/3nights.

Jasmine, which city will you go to visit? In Beijing, 72 hours is counted from the moment your procedure is completed. In other cities like Guangzhou, 72 hours is counted from 00:00 next day.
