Visit Hong Kong by mid-month of September 2016 is it weather good during September? Any typoon?

According to the previous records, the temperature may range from 75 F to 85 F during that period of time. It was hot and moist. The possibility of typhoon is small. But you still suggested to keep close attention on the forecast before leaving. You can just prepare enough summer clothes. :-)0
