pink slip, what does it mean?

Please does it mean I have been granted visa because I was given a pink slip and my passport was kept by the consume officer?

Hello, Onyinye,  is the pink slip a pick-up form? They give you the pick-up form means that your application and passport has been accepted and the slip is used to return the office on the date shown to pick up your passport, but it cannot assure that your application will be passed.
