About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Tracking stuck at opening

What does it mean if the tracking goes from departure from outward office of exchange to 'opening' on which it has been a week now with no further tracking details after that. Does it mean that security has prevented the package from shopping? Thank you

Opening means that your parcel is being checked. A week isn't a long period. I think you might wait for a few days. If there is still no update, then it's possible that your parcel didn't pass the customs check.
