what is my future and do I will have happiness in my life and luck to win my lottery?

I was born 17.02.1986 time of my birth was 4.22pm

Some of it andy no true I do have little luck of winning the lotto I have won 249 dollars on April this year and every time I buy my lotto ticket I keep winning small money I haven't lost much money and I had heaps of money but my partner borrow my. Money to pay his load and keep help him out little bit he the year of sheep he was born 12.02.1979 we. Getting long and we have been together 3 years no much fights..
