What airport express/ shutter bus from Hong Kong Airport to to Holdiday Inn Causway bay?

You must refer to Holiday Inn Express Causeway Bay, right? You can take bus no.E11 at Airport (Ground Transportation Centre), get off at Wan Chai Fire Station, Hennessy Road. It takes around 75 mins on the way. The ticket fare is 21 HKD per person. After arriving, walk south around 230 yards to find the hotel.
