stroller check beween transfer flight to international

Question

Anyone know if I do transfer flight in CAN (Guangzhou). Before departure to another country, if I bring a stroller (with a baby of course) , do they have a faster lane for stroller/wheelchair? or everyone will be on the same line. So I will know how crazy it is going to be to try to be fast enough. Or I better not bring it and keep hold my 25lbs kid in arms and run? I have just about 1 hr 15mins to do transfer.

Well, as I know, there is special passengerway for wheelchair. But I'm afraid that there is no faster lane for stroller. You need to on the same line with other passengers. Generally speaking, your transfer time is enough but you need to be quick.
