About:China Visa

Can you enter China before the date of first entry on the invitation letter?

My invitation letter states date of first entry is 2015-12-01, I would like to book a ticket for the 19th of November, arriving on the 20th of November. Am I allowed to enter PRC on this date, as it is 10 days before the first entry? Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, Tania, you can enter before the date stated on the invitation letter as long as the application is passed and you get the entry permit.
