About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

HongKong Airport Express (K5) goes to Royal Plaza Hotel (Mongkok East Stn)?

Hi,
I am flying from Singapore to HK by Cathay Pacific Airline. Can I just show my board pass or air ticket to enjoy the free shuttle service?

This free shuttle bus Line K5 can take you to Royal Plaza Hotel. But only Airport Express passengers can enjoy the free service. So board pass and air ticket are not enough.
