HK to Humen Railway Station

Could you please share what is the best way to travel from HK to Humen Railway Station? Any idea on duration and operating hours and fare?

I think you may have a try for the MTR from Hung Hom to Lok Ma Chau, and the cross the border there(Futian port) and then subway from Futian port to SZ North railway station and then a high speeds to Humen from there. For the MTR it would be about 1 hour and subway from Futian to shenzhen north about 30min to 40min. The high speed rail trip would be only 20min. But it would take you some time to cross the border as well.
