About:China Private Visit Visa

My live in parnter is working there in china

We would like to apply a s1 visa for me and our daughter but my live in partner and i are not yet married. Is it still possible that we can go there in PRC with my daughter?

Hi, Jayjay, actually, it’s a little bit difficult for you to apply for S1 type. However, it is still possible to do it. If both your partner's name and your name are shown on the birth certificate of your daughter, then the birth certificate may function as the relationship proof. You can contact with the embassy and explain your situation and consult if you can get the S1. Good Luck!
