How to get to yandang mountain from the Ningbo train station?

Also,will the mountain be closed during December?

No, the mountain will be open during December, don’t worry.
From the railway station, you can take the bullet train to YDS train station, and the train ride is about 1.5 hours. Upon arrival, take a taxi to the Scenic area, and it may cost you CNY40 around.
