About:Harbin Ice Festival

The only time I can be in Harbin is Dec. 5th, 2015.

Is it worth going at this time? Seems like all the festivals won't start until late December. Are there still any ice sculptures to see around this time?

Eh, it is not an ideal time to visit at that time. As you mentioned, the festival have not started, but you may see a few small ice sculptures in the street. Apart from that, the best activity for fun should be skiing.

If possible, I suggest you go there in Jan or Feb, the best time to see the sculptures and carvings.
