how to take a taxi from fuzhou changle airport to dowtown

Hello, I will arrive Changle airport at 11pm of 15/11/2015I am worry for midnight time, it too late to take a taxi at airport right?How can I travel from airport to dowtown by public transportations?Note that I am a female so I need a safety first.Thankyou
