Joke, it takes around 1 hour from Chongqing North to Fengdu. Then you can take bus no. 202 and get off at Xienanxi Road Station and then change bus no. 109 to visit the Ghost City. It takes around 30 minutes. Please take the no. 109 bus that arrives at Mingshan Scenic Area (名山景区). If you catch a taxi from the railway station, it costs around CNY 25.
However, there is no direct bus from Fengdu to Fengjie. You need to take a bus to Wanzhou first. The bus departs at 07:50, 10:00, 13:00, 15:00. It costs around CNY 65 and takes around 3.5 hours. From Wanzhou to Fengjie, you can take bus. The last bus departs at 18:00. I am afraid that you may not be able to catch it. And you may not be able to catch the ship to Fengjie. According to what I find, the last ship departs before 18:00. Therefore, you might need to stay in Wanzhou for a night. Then you can take a bus from Wanzhou to Fengjie next morning. It takes around 2 hours.
After you reach Fengjie, you still have time to visit Baidi City. The last bus from Fengjie to Chongqing departs at 18:00. I think you are able to catch it.
