About:Hong Kong International Airport

My flight will arrive at hkia around 11 pm. Is there any bus available around 12mn?

I'm afraid that the customs may take around 1 hr.

Yes, there are overnight shuttle buses to the downtown. After landing at HKIA, you may look for N buses like N21.
