About:Shanghai Travel

Shanghai International Airport Code SHA and PVG

I am planning to go to the city and would like to arrive and depart at the same airport on my return to USA. When I check for air fare they give me the airport codes SHA which stands for SH airport and PVG which stands for Pudong International airport. Are these two the same airport?

Hi, Ef. PVG stands for Pudong International Airport, and SHA stands for Hongqiao International Airport. They are different. The former is in the east, and the latter is in the west.
