About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

I fly in at PVG(Shagnhai) then fly to PEK and after 10 hours wait, continue to AMS. which visa?

The two flights from FUK to PVG and PVG to PEK are with China airways. The flight to AMS is by China Southern and is a different ticket. Does the 24 hours direct transit apply for this? Or does the 72 hour free transit cover this? Will the E-ticket number be enough to prove my departure to AMS?

Hi, since you will stop in two cities of PRC, you cannot use the 72 hour free transit. But it the layover period is not more than 24 hours, you can make use of the 24 hour direct transit policy. I think you had better print the E-ticket out to prove your departure.
