I will arrive at Hangzhou Xiaoshan airport at 11.35pm.

Is there any train service to Bokai Westlake Hotel?

No, there is no train service to the hotel from the airport. In addition, you arrive late and the local subway (serving downtown area) has been out of service. Then I suggest you take shuttle bus to Chengzhan Rail Station. Your hotel is around 2km away. Take a taxi to reach exactly with CNY11.
