Single Entry Visa to China for Philippines passport holder.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a Philippine passport holder and needs a single entry permit to PRC (Shanghai) as I need to attend a one day training. I have a business entry permit here in Cambodia as I am working for a garment manufacturing company. Please advise my chances of getting even a single entry permit to PRC.

Hi, Cecilia. In fact, you can apply for M type entry permit and you need to provide materials including passport, application form, your recent color photo and an invitation letter from your training company as well as your financial proof. You can try to apply fot it directly in Cambodia, but I'm not sure you will succeed or not.

Yes, you can ask your company to handle the application for you on your behalf.

Thanks, I have another concern, in the application they asked my 1st visit in China, I did but that was way back in early 2000 date of which I cannot remember anymore so can I just state the estimate year and place & purpose of visit? I misplaced my passport with that visa already it may be buried in my stuff in Philippines which I cannot find anymore. I am in Cambodia now and no one to help me find this. You think this will be an issue?

I don't think this can be an issue. You can just fill the blank with an estimated, place and purpose of visit. It's ok if you can't find the old passport.
