You mean Leifeng Pagoda by Leifeng Temple, right? You may take bus line 315 or 334 from Jingsi Station, and get off at Hu Xueyan Guju (Former Residence of Hu Xueyan) Station. Next, walk west along the Wangjiang Road, and turn right at the first crossroad. Then, walk north along the Middle Zhonghe Road for about 273 yards (250 meters), and you will find the Hefang Street. From Hefang Street to Railway Station: take bus line 189 or 1002 from Gulou (Drum Tower) Station, and get off at Chengzhan Railway Station. Then, walk south for about 164 yards (150 meters), and you will see the railway station. :) They are actually not far from each other. You may walk from the Hefang Street to the Rail Station in 10-15min. I hope my advice may help you.
