About:Chinese Embassy in Ethiopia

i have an IB diploma of 45 points from ethiopia...can i enter china with no restrictions?

i want to study at Tsinghua university in Beijing

Well, it depends on the school. If it wants to admit you and is willing to help you to get a visa, then you can enter PRC.
