ReplyHi, there are illegal cars and official taxis in the city. The official ones has the mark of "TAXI" on the stop. While many taxi drivers don't charge by the taximeter and they prefer flat rate. So if you meet such a driver, it is best to know the general cost of your journey in case of being scammed.00Reply
