The best site to see the show is at Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade. You can walk from your hotel to Tsuen Wan Station to take Tsuen Wan MTR line to Tsim Sha Tsui. Then walk to the promenade to enjoy the show. Or you can even take a boat or cruise on the Victoria Bay to watch it.1
