Meaning of Exported to opened. In transit

It means that your parcel has arrived at Guangzhou Exchange Bureau and is ready to be shipped overseas. Before that, the customs may open your package for a check. So the status is "In Transit". Since it's the info 10 days ago, it should have left for the destination and you may receive in a month.

So theres a big possibility that it already left and wasnt stucked in the airport? :) btw thank you ^_^

Juvia, there is no evidence that your parcel was sent to Italy. If it was, then the last status should be "Delivery to Airport". And I don't know if the tracking number will change once it left PRC.

My advice is to wait until Nov. 20. If you still don't receive your parcel, you should ask compensation from the seller. I am wondering how you paid. If you paid via third-party payment tool like Paypal, you still have a chance to retrieve your money. If you wired your money to the seller directly, then I am afraid that you may not get it back if you didn't receive your parcel.
