Do you start from Pudong Airport?
If yes, you can take subway line 2 to Century Avenue Station. Then transfer to subway line 4 to Main Railway Station, Exit 1. Then walk northeast around 0.6 miles to find your hotel.
About halal food, Xinjiang Uygur Mukamu (新疆维吾尔木卡姆餐厅) is a good one. It's just about 450 yards away from your hotel. You can find delicious halal foods there. It's located at Building No.9, Lane 1233, Zhongxing Road, Zhabei District. Hope you like.

you mean "Xinjiang Uygur Makamu" hotel away from 450 Yards my hotel ( Shanghai Mei Xing Hotel (Datong Road).
