Want to tour HKG05&06 in one day from HKG airport how should I proceed time 10 am to 10 pm

Do you mean your flight will arrive at 10am and depart at 10pm from Hong Kong airport? If yes, you will have at most 7 hours to explore the city area as it takes about one hour from the airport to downtown by airport shuttle and you will need to get back to the airport at least two hours prior to your flight departure.

My flight will depart 12:20am midnight so i have 9 hrs to visit downtown so please guide me

From the airport, you can take shuttle bus S1 and get off at Tung Chung Station. The bus ride only takes 10 minutes. Upon arrival, you will find the Ngong Ping 360, which is one of the must-see attractions in Hongkong. You can take the cable car to enjoy the beautiful sceneries and visit the Ngong Ping Village. After that, you can walk to City Gate Outlet to do some shopping.
