For attending Training at Guangzhou?

Dear Sir,

Do we need the ID Card Copy or Passport Copy of the person who invite for Training at China?

If the consular officer does not specially mention this, you don't need to submit such documents.

For the person who will be traveling for the training in Guangzhou generally what is needed is a letter than they are employed by the company, the letter of invitation for the training - preferably including their name, passport and photo. It often helps if a more senior representative is there to explain the need for training and to validate the letters.
