Which email, address or contact in China Center of Adoption Affairs?

Me and my husband live in Brazil and wish so much adopt chinese child. But In Brazil don't have so much info about Chinese Center of Adoption affairs and don't have people in Embassy that can explain better how works. How we can contact directly in PRC or in Brazil to understand the process? I have all documents ready to send just need to authenticated by Chinese embassy in Brazil. Can you help me put to know more about the process and how deliver the documents and price to apply the enquire?
