Mistaken name on online booking

We are flying Toronto-Bangkok next month via China Eastern Airlines. I noticed that my boyfriend's name isn't right on our e-ticket. It isn't a mispelled error, they just add his family name twice: (familiy name)/(first name)(same family name). Should we call to change it? Do we have to buy another ticket? We tried to call the company and we've been 1 hour waiting on the phone, until the call services closed. What should we do?
