About:Harbin Ice Festival
my holidays are in 22-29, Dec. 2015,the Harbin Ice and Snow festival starts before that?

Well, the festival starts from Jan.5. But don't worry. As I know, the soft opening time is around the end of December. So you will have chance to see the ice and snow sculptures.0
