Hi,Just need a confirmation from the Q&A, so the VOA in Shenzhen is only for Shenzhen? Is there any way knowing if a VOA holder going to another city (not by plane but by train)

Andy, you are right, the Shenzhen VOA is only applicable to Shenzhen. If you want to go to other places, you need to apply for a normal visa. The train attendants may examine your passport so that they can find out you are not allowed to leave Shenzhen.
