About:China Tourist Visa

Hi, if I come to China under L Visa, am I able to visit HK and Macau?

L type i.e. tourist entry permit may be with single entry. While I go to Hong Kong from mainland, immigration will happen, same with Macau. In that case shall I get entry to PRC and then fly back to India. I am Indian Passport Holder (Normal).

Rahul, after visiting HK and Macau, you can go back to mainland to catch the flight to India. If you stay in mainland for less than 24 hours on your way back, you don't need another entry permit. If you need to stay longer, another entry permit will be required.
